Facility NOTAM Display Procedure (FYI 2007-89)

• The ZFW Airspace and Procedures Manager responded to ASRS and stated that they “…received the NASA report reference an aircraft on approach to 2O8. We appreciate you sending us this report and it was very helpful. As a result of the report we briefed all controllers on…the phrase…ORIG PROC NA.”

Confusing Standard Taxi Routes (STR) Chart Presentation at PHX (FYI 2006-48)

• A Jeppesen Flight Safety Manager responded and stated that the “…Airport diagram was revised on 14 July 06 to remove the construction area for taxiway "S". This was a good example of the benefits of the ASRS.”

Taxiway Signage and Lighting at LGA (AB 2006:59)

• The LGA Airport Manager responded to the alert and stated that “As a result of the ASRS report, LGA will accelerate its efforts to complete taxiway edge light installation.”

Taxiway "S" Confusion at SFO (FYI 2006-43)

• The SFO Airport Director responded stating that action was initiated prior to the issuance of the alert but that “The ASRS alert message...was helpful in resolving the confusion.”
