ASRS receives reports from pilots, air traffic controllers, cabin crew, dispatchers, maintenance technicians, and a variety of other individuals. ASRS's report intake has been robust from the first days of the program, averaging approximately 400 reports per month. In recent years, report intake has grown and now averages 827 reports per week and more than 3,307 reports per month.
